My best learning takes place right as I’m taking my test. I had that acoustic of sound class yesterday, and we had a test in it. It was open book, open notes, open everything. And I don’t think anyone in the class really prepared for it (no one has turned in any homework or anything). So throughout the test you hear people rustling through the pages. I was doing that too. I reread sections of the book to make sure I was using the right equations.
I’m going to have to ask Kamalu if I can work with Evan on his speaker. He bought a dualed folded horn subwoofer plans. the picture of it. The reason I’m working with him is because I really don’t have any tools for woodworking. So it looks like once I get out of college, I’m going to want to buy myself a lot of tools. I will need some wood working tools, electric blade saw, and several other things.
I was at that supermileage yesterday, and it looks like the competition will be on thursday, friday of spring quarter’s final’s week. So I’m going to have to try to reschedule all my finals next quarter earlier. And it looks like it will be a 3-4 day trip by car. We have to drive the van and tow the trailer with the car behind it.
