Man, I didn’t get too much studying done today. That is all I can say. !!! So I think i’ll do the best thing I can do. Which is to pray, and try again tomorrow. I’ll say the same bible verse that my friend in college always had me say before I took a test.
Phillippians 4:6-7 Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. 7And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
What I did today? Well it was work and then coming home I went to Denice’s farewell dinner at texas roadhouse. It was so funny because Dennis was trying to get everyone to sing the song “Na Na Na hey hey hey goodbye”. Only a couple out of hte 20 of us were singing it. It is because Dennis was always messed with by denice. She was helping out as the admin assistant to both pastors. The first time he asked her to make a copy for him, she said “no”. So he gave her a cookie the next time to make her do stuff for him.
My favorite line Denice said during her speech was “I love the community here, and how you guys are so crazy and fun. My friends that came from Boston finally understood why I was so crazy when I went out to Boston for college”. It is pretty funny how it all kind of stems from Pastor Josh. I’m not sure what happened during dinner but somehow all the guys on one side had a slap, and pass it on. Then it went to Calvin who turned and to his right was Joylynn, so he couldn’t slap her. I happened to be standing there, so I was the proxy and he slapped my face, and I passed it on to Ben (Joylynn’s husband). Haha.
Finally, Dustin and Valene got core all gifts. 
I’m not sure what the girls got, but I know they both got something that was the same thing. But for me, I got the “mighty wallet”. Wow, it is a sweet superstrong paper wallet. This makes me almost get confused as if i want to keep my slimmy wallet.
