So in my mind yesterday night, i thought it would be cool to exercise in the morning. Thinking that I would be all ready and pumped up for work.
Went to sleep at midnight, and woke up at 5am to drive out to emeryville for the athletic playground “monkey class” from 6-7am. It was a pretty touch workout this morning. They had one exercise which was to climb the rope (aerial). So that was pretty fun.
Anyways, I went to work and I’m not sure if it was a good idea to exericse right before work. I had pretty good energy, but I started getting tired an hour before lunch time. =)
So for lunch, I actually went to downtown pleasanton to eat. So I just put that picture up.
That was it for today, I also did drop my sandwich when I was eating it during lunch. Lost all the veggies, but the meat stayed onto the bread and I caught it, before it fell.
