One of my favorite things is to buy things early like kickstarter and then it is like a surprise present for me later. So one of the new things I got was this panda shirt. Remember a month earlier, I bought some panda slippers, I bought this shirt at the same time.

So this shirt is from amazon. But I could see it was shipping for asia, so one thing I tried to do was make sure it fit. So I made sure I got it one size bigger. Guess what? When I got the shirt, the Medium actually was more like XS.

So when the unopened package arrived, Sherri had just come to my house. I was so excited for her to wear it. So I told her to take off the jacket she was wearing and give it to me. Then I had her open the bag, however she seemed really sad that I was taking back the jacket. So angry that she didn’t even open the package, which really confused me.

I thought that she like hinted surprises, so I thought that if there was a package in her hand, and I was asking her to take off her jacket. She would assume that it might be for her, because if it was my toy, I would never have her open it. 🙂 She might not know what it is.

However I had to convince her to open it. So my plan did not really work, I was hoping for her to be devastated with happiness when she saw that i had bought here a panda sweatshirt.

So she finally decides to open the package. There I am grinning from ear to ear, looking in anticipation because I was excited to see her excitement. However, she thought I looked kind of crazy. I though I looked like one of those cartoon kids waiting for a present from a santa claus. However I guess I must have actually looked like .

Eventually she got to opening the gift, and she was super happy.

The funny thing was how sherri could not fit into the panda shirt. I could not fit into it either! I put it on, and I could not really take it off. Had to wiggle around for a while, and Sherri had to come rip it off. Then it occurred to me that when you wear clothes and start stretching it out from the inside, you can make it stretch a little. So that is what I ended up doing hoping it would make it easier to take the shirt off. And for me it did work.

So it was enough for her to fit into the shirt. 🙂

I think she liked the panda shirt. Because I liked it.
